About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Leasing Manager / Executive to drive occupancy success at our Melbourne BTR communities. You will lead leasing strategy and execution, converting prospects into residents while ensuring income targets are exceeded through reduced vacancy and optimal rental returns.

This role blends sales, market insight, and relationship-building with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences. In our soon-to-open properties, you won’t be managing multiple landlords or maintenance—just the most exciting, high-impact elements of leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, minimise vacancy, and maximise rental income in line with budgeted targets

• Showcase premium apartments and effectively communicate the lifestyle, amenities, and long-term value of the community to prospective residents

• Manage applications, lease negotiation, and signing

• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs while ensuring seamless resident experiences

• Conduct market reviews and assist with strategic planning

• Maintain accurate CRM/PMS data, prepare reports, and support efficient leasing operations

• Foster community connection and promote resident engagement through events and personalised service

Skills & Experience Required:

• Current VIC Agents Representative / Class 2 Real Estate Licence

• Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial, or retail sectors

• Strong financial acumen and results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for creating premium resident experiences and building communities
