Are you a self-motivated team player? We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Plant Supervisor to join our team at the Collingwood Concrete Plant. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about safety, results focused, possesses a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task and demonstrates strong communication skills.

Candidates from all industries (i.e. hospitality, logistics, agriculture, supply chain, commerce, fast food, manufacturing, mining, health) are encouraged to apply - we are looking for great people with a positive can-do attitude, and we'll teach the rest! Batching or concrete experience is great, but not a pre-requisite.

About the Opportunity

• Enjoy leading teams, supervising a diverse workforce, and striving to successfully achieve goals

• Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers, whilst maintaining consistency and quality

• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business in collaboration with the Supply Chain Team

• Actively influence safety behaviours in the plant through positive feedback and safety conversations

• Ensure cycle time through plants is as efficient as possible

• Oversee safe maintenance activities in accordance with company requirements

• Participate actively in site and operational meetings

• You have a positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Be able to, or willing to learn how to operate the Front-end loader
