A WA owned and operated construction company who have been a key part of delivering projects across a variety of industries including local construction, government and defence. Generally focusing on projects stretching up to $25M in terms of value.
They are now looking for an Estimator to join the team on a permanent full time basis. This is a new role within the team working alongside a Tender Coordinator and another Senior Estimator, they are open to someone that comes with the foundation knowledge in commercial construction who is keen to learn & grow under the guidance of an experienced individual.

They are now looking for an Estimator to join the team on a permanent full time basis. - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience working as an Estimator on projects $1m + on new build projects but open to someone at a junior level.
- Must have experience working in the construction space, tendering on commercial building projects
- Excellent relationships with the local subcontractors and supply chain
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
