Remedial Massage Therapist – Casual / Contractor Opportunity

Are you a passionate, qualified Remedial Massage Therapist looking for flexible full-time, part-time or casual work in a supportive, client-focused healthcare setting? We’re expanding our team at Jannali Healthcare Centre and are seeking a skilled therapist who enjoys working across a variety of areas, including sports massage, pain management, women’s health, and pregnancy care.

You’ll be stepping into an established position with a steady client base, as our current therapist is relocating overseas. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time with us, and her departure means a great opportunity for the right person to take over a well-supported, in-demand caseload.

Hours & Commitment
We are seeking a therapist who can commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week across 3 days. Additional hours are available, and the role can be tailored to suit the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who wants to stay long term and become a much-loved team member within the local community.

At Jannali Healthcare Centre, our clients range from athletes needing sports massage, people managing musculoskeletal pain, to women seeking support during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. We’re looking for someone confident and skilled across these areas to provide safe, high-quality, personalised care.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting thorough client consultations and developing tailored treatment plans

• Delivering remedial massage techniques, including sports massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, and other modalities to manage pain and improve mobility

• Supporting women’s health, including pregnancy and postnatal massage

• Collaborating with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care

• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring a professional, safe environment

• Continuing professional development with ongoing training and team support

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma of Remedial Massage and eligible to register with all health funds

• Confidence treating sports, pain management, women’s health, and pregnancy clients

• Strong anatomical knowledge and ability to assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for helping people move, recover, and feel their best

• Flexibility to work casual shifts, including some evenings and weekends
