We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our high-performing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential property portfolio with a focus on high-quality client service
Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure efficient and timely communication
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
Manage rent arrears and lease renewals proactively
Coordinate and attend tribunal hearings as required
Use property management software PropertyMe for daily operations
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential property management
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (as required in your state/territory)
Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
High level of organisation and time management skills
A professional, proactive, and client-first attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
