About the role
We are looking for a HVAC Service Team Leader to manage a team of HVAC technicians in Brisbane QLD.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for a team delivering innovative solutions to our sites. You will be expected to bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure Precise continues to deliver best in class practices along with the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders.
What you will need to be successful in this role
Sound Service technical knowledge of Air conditioning systems including Central Plant.
Ability to work autonomously and lead a team while build strong client relationships and take control of site operations.
Demonstrated exposure and ability to manage contractors.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to organize workload and prioritise accordingly.
High level of WHS standards and safety conscious
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to generate and write quotations.
Trade certification (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning) QBCC License.
Current drivers license.
Experience leading a team.
