We are currently looking for a Venue Manager to execute the overarching strategy for Curtis Stone Events at a brand new facility for a high profile elite sport club
The Venue Manager role will report directly to the Director or Food and Beverage and will be responsible for managing the F&B operations of a very large function and corporate space.
As part of the senior Curtis Stone Events (CSE) team the successful candidate will work closely with the company directors, senior team, staff and partnership stakeholders to develop this very important brand partnership.
Key Criteria
· Experience at the management level of an F&B Operation
· Experience in a sporting club will be a bonus
· A passion for hospitality, food trends, own ideas and initiatives
· Some business acumen, with an understanding of P&L’s and F&B metrics.
· Good communication skills and stakeholder management
· Good understanding of F&B software systems, POS, booking systems
