Support Worker with Social Media & Marketing Skills
At Improving Lives, we are more than a care provider – we are a community dedicated to empowering independence, promoting wellbeing, and enriching lives. With the launch of our new Care & Wellness Facility in December 2025, we are expanding our team.
We are seeking a Support Worker who also has strong social media and digital marketing experience. This unique role combines compassionate frontline care with the creativity and drive to promote our services online.
· • Provide person-centred support to aged care and NDIS clients in line with their individual care plans.
· • Assist with personal care, social support, and wellbeing activities.
· • Manage and grow our online presence through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
· • Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos, newsletters, etc.) to showcase our services, team, and community impact.
· • Support our marketing campaigns for recruitment, client engagement, and community events.
· • Work closely with the CEO, Care Manager, and Marketing team to align all communications with our mission.
About You· • Previous experience as a support worker (or in a client-facing care role).
· • Strong understanding of aged care and/or NDIS support.
· • Proven skills in social media content creation, advertising, and community engagement.
· • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
· • Creative, reliable, and passionate about improving the lives of others.
· • Flexible and able to balance care duties with digital marketing responsibilities.
