We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Online Sales Team Member to join our growing eCommerce and online support division. If you're passionate about photography and film, and have strong sales experience with a customer-first mindset – we’d love to hear from you!
This is a fast-paced and varied position, perfect for someone with a strong understanding of photographic and videography equipment, excellent communication skills, and a background in online or retail sales. You’ll be working directly with customers via email, live chat, phone, and online platforms – helping them choose the right gear, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on camera, video, lighting, and audio products to customers online
Handle inbound online sales enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Create quotes and follow up on open customer enquiries
Process online orders and manage order fulfilment tracking
Assist in upselling, product recommendations, and general sales support
Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and in-store team for smooth order processing
Stay up to date with new product releases and industry trends
