• Strategic Procurement: Source, quote, and procure materials, plants, and subcontractor services, ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules while building strong supplier relationships.

• Contract Management: Assist in preparing and reviewing subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and client documentation, ensuring compliance with AS4000 contract requirements.

• Project Support: Liaise with project managers, site foremen, and the accounts team to meet contractual obligations and maintain organized project records.

• Commercial Acumen: Contribute to estimating and tendering processes, monitor project budgets, and drive value management initiatives across projects.

• Industry Experience: Ideally 2-3 years in procurement, contract administration, or project coordination, preferably in landscape or construction. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

• Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS4000 or similar) to effectively navigate project requirements.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for negotiation.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in Procore, Buildxact, or similar systems being advantageous.
