Job Description:
RH Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our casual pool of nurses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in aged care facilities , collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the smooth operation of nursing activities.
RN Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families
RN Minimum Requirements:
Current AHPRA Registration as Division 1 RN .
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Australian Citizen or permanent resident or visa holders with current Australian working rights.
Valid Police clearance or willingness to obtain.

Competitive above award salary base of $ 72-$75 per hour (AM shift)
