What You’ll DoDeliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Assess, plan, and review individualised care plans
Safely administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure seamless support
Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Offer emotional support to residents and families
Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practice
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Aged Care preferred)
Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A genuine commitment to person-centred care
Reliable, adaptable, and compassionate approach
