Who You Are - You hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid Drivers Licence with 3+ years of experience or 8+ years for the Senior role.
- You possess demonstrated Solidworks 3D modeling abilities with knowledge of Australian drafting standards and manufacturing principles.
- You show strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to verify designs through manual calculations or FEA.
- You are an organized team player with excellent communication skills capable of managing multiple priorities or leading staff.
What You Will Be Doing - Design and develop mechanical systems and maintain CAD files while researching new parts and technologies for innovative solutions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle including testing troubleshooting and preparing bills of materials and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support production in Shepparton.
- Contribute to QA activities and standards with the Senior role specifically leading and mentoring two Mechanical Engineers.
