Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of training and assessment strategies across all qualifications.
Ensure full compliance with Standards for RTOs 2025, ESOS Act, National Code 2018, and CRICOS requirements.
Lead, mentor, and support trainers and assessors to maintain high-quality training outcomes.
Coordinate validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
Monitor student progress, attendance, and academic integrity, ensuring timely interventions.
Manage training resources, timetables, and course schedules.
Liaise with industry stakeholders to maintain relevance and currency of training programs.
Prepare for internal and external audits, including ASQA and CRICOS audits.
Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting according to regulatory frameworks.
Contribute to the development and review of TAS, policies, and academic systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong understanding of compliance related to CRICOS, ESOS, and National Code.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or higher-level adult education qualification.
Demonstrated experience in a Training Manager role within a CRICOS RTO.
Experience in staff management, academic leadership, and continuous improvement processes.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to maintain balance between Academic integrity and business success.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and support international student needs.
