Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of training and assessment strategies across all qualifications.

• Ensure full compliance with Standards for RTOs 2025, ESOS Act, National Code 2018, and CRICOS requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and support trainers and assessors to maintain high-quality training outcomes.

• Coordinate validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.

• Monitor student progress, attendance, and academic integrity, ensuring timely interventions.

• Manage training resources, timetables, and course schedules.

• Liaise with industry stakeholders to maintain relevance and currency of training programs.

• Prepare for internal and external audits, including ASQA and CRICOS audits.

• Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting according to regulatory frameworks.

• Contribute to the development and review of TAS, policies, and academic systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong understanding of compliance related to CRICOS, ESOS, and National Code.

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or higher-level adult education qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in a Training Manager role within a CRICOS RTO.

• Experience in staff management, academic leadership, and continuous improvement processes.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to maintain balance between Academic integrity and business success.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and support international student needs.
