- 7+ years’ experience in civil engineering
- RPEQ accreditation (essential)
- Proven client-facing experience with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong design management skills across concept, detailed design, and delivery phases
- Experience in land development, infrastructure, or a blend of both
- Ability to lead junior engineers and coordinate project inputs
