About the Role
We’re seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team at our Supernode Project based in Brendale, a cornerstone renewable infrastructure project.
This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your engineering career in a supportive environment where learning, mentorship, and growth are part of your everyday.
You’ll gain exposure across the stages of project delivery and work closely with experienced engineers, receiving direct mentoring and guidance while contributing to meaningful outcomes across civil construction activities including:
Bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, concrete foundations, retaining walls and pavements
Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and assisting with QA and compliance processes
Preparing technical reports, drawings, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
Supporting coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
Assisting in resolving project backlogs and driving on-site delivery.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
0-2 years of relevant civil construction experience
Exposure to project-based or construction environments (internships highly regarded)
Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a positive, proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
