Chapter One is a boutique 47 place early learning service offering a nature based learning environment with a focus on nurturing children through play and creating meaningful moments each day.

Our Willagee service continues to grow enrolments for 2026 and we are now expanding our team of heroes to continue to deliver fantastic experiences to our children and families.

We are a local family owned service with passionate providers who are hands-on in the day to day operations of the service, providing quality resources and support for educators to focus on our children's daily experiences.

Your story will need:

• Passion, dedication and enthusiasm to deliver best practice care and experiences.

• A desire to be part of and contribute to our supportive team culture.

• ACECQA approved Diploma qualifications (or working towards considered)

• A minimum 3 years experience.

• A current (WA) Working with Children Check.

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
