About the Company: Our client is a National commercial construction business with an exceptional reputation for delivering complex, high quality and technically challenging construction projects. With proven experience across a range of sectors they thrive in delivering commercial offices, retail, aged care, apartments and health.
They have an excellent reputation in the Perth market and are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to support their growing workload on upcoming healthcare projects.
Key Requirements: - Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying
- Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $30m+
- Experience on healthcare/hospital projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in commercial building
- Focusing on some defence projects they require a CA with permanent residency.
