Our technicians enjoy real independence — supported by our office team and connected through ServiceM8 for streamlined scheduling and communication. Your base will be our Mackay office for equipment, product pickup & ongoing training.
Qualifications & RequirementsQualified Pest/Termite TechnicianTo be considered, you must have:
Current Pest Management Technician Licence
CPP30119 Certificate III in Urban Pest Management
Open Driver's Licence
iPhone
A minimum of 1-2 years of pest control experience
Bonus:
Fully termite-accredited techs (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) receive an all-expenses-paid company iPhone as part of their package.
No experience needed — full training provided.
You must have:
Minimum Year 10 education
Be 17+ years old
Driver's Licence (P-Plates or Open)
Your own iPhone
Basic computer skills
No criminal record (excludes driving offenses).
This is an excellent entry point into a long-term career with the option to progress into a fully qualified Termite Technician for the right candidate.
What You'll Be DoingInspect buildings for pests and signs of infestation
Decide on treatment methods and apply safe, effective pest control solutions
Set traps, create barriers and design pest management plans
Use power spraying equipment and drive company Utes
Performing Termite Management System installations with the team
Termite Technicians: Complete reports through our digital system (training provided).
