We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight across the Jreissati Group's diverse business units. This is a dynamic, high-impact role with a commercial focus, with a dual base in Melbourne CBD and Yarra Valley.

About the Role

As Senior Finance Manager, you will:

• Partner with the CEO and operational executives to drive commercial outcomes.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Oversee all financial reporting, compliance, and governance functions.

• Manage cash flow, treasury, and bank covenant reporting.

• Supervise a small finance team and ensure system integrity and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.

• Provide commercial insights and support capital expenditure decisions.

• Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.

Financial Control & Compliance

• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with ASIC and tax obligations (GST, WET, FBT, CGT, etc.).

• Maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.

Team Management & Operational Oversight

• Mentor and lead two direct reports.

• Oversee AP/AR functions and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Maintain ERP and general ledger integrity.

Must haves

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience in wine, agriculture, hospitality, or hotel sectors.

• Strong business partnering and communication skills.

• Experience with multi-entity groups and complex financial environments.

• Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency.

• Deep understanding of corporate governance and tax legislation.

Annual salary is between $140,000 - $150,000 (including superannuation) based on experience
