The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Product Developer – Clothing specialist to join our dynamic team and take our outdoor apparel to the next level. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development of technical and lifestyle clothing—innovating, testing, and perfecting garments built for the toughest environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage outdoor clothing products from concept to production
Work closely with design, technical, and sourcing teams to ensure functionality and performance
Source and select materials and trims suitable for various outdoor conditions
Oversee field testing and implement user feedback into product improvements
Create and maintain tech packs, specifications, and BOMs
Collaborate with factories and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets
Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to outdoor apparel
About You
3+ years’ experience in apparel product development (outdoor, sports, or technical apparel a bonus)
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and performance fabrics
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and tech pack creation
Advantage if passionate about the outdoors – hunting, hiking, camping or adventure sports
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Willing to travel i.e visit manufacturers and attend industry shows as required
