Bridgewater Restaurant & Botaniq Bar is one of Townsville’s premier destinations on the waterfront.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join the team. With a beautiful menu, award winning wine list and magnificent setting, Bridgewater is a busy, and rewarding restaurant. Botaniq Wine Gin + Cocktail Bar offers the team and guests Townsville's largest selection of wines from around the world in a tropical oasis.
We offer positions for energetic, responsible professionals with at least 1 years experience in upmarket dining or bar establishments
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 1years hospitality experience in a restaurant/bar of similar calibre
Be able to demonstrate excellent food & beverage knowledge, and also an understanding of wine service
High calibre of hospitality and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Be well presented at all times, have a great worth ethic and have a proven ability to perform under pressure
Current RSA Certificate
Flexible with shifts and available weekends
