About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth across both in-store and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
· Manage and update the company website, including product listings and promotional content.
· Oversee social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content.
· Create marketing materials, including product photography and advertising copy.
· Conduct market research and analyse customer trends to inform strategy.
· Manage SEO, SEM, and paid digital advertising campaigns.
· Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
· Demonstrated skills in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media management.
· Proficiency in website management tools and online advertising platforms.
· Strong skills in content creation and copywriting.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational abilities.
