Fetch Recruitment are seeking experienced Surveyors and Senior Surveyors to support major rail infrastructure works in regional New South Wales. This role offers long-term stability, performance bonuses, free accommodation, and exposure to cutting-edge survey technology.
What’s on OfferBase Salary Range- Surveyor / Technician: $80,000–$100,000 + Super
- Senior Surveyor: $100,000–$120,000 + Super
Performance Bonuses- Surveyor / Technician: up to $40,000
- Senior Surveyor: up to $40,000–$60,000
Accommodation & Roster- Free accommodation close to the site or camp accommodation provided
- Option to stay in company-provided housing during RnR periods (year-round)
- Paid travel day out of site
- 2/1 (14/7) roster, with potential to shift to 10/4 depending on project requirement
Technology & Equipment- New high-spec MSI laptop preloaded with 12d, AutoCAD AEC Suite, Leica Cyclone, TBC, and other software
- New phone and paid plan or allowance (retain your number)
- Access to the latest survey and spatial technology
Training & Benefits- Annual education allowance of up to $2,000 for approved upskilling (e.g. UAV/drone, 12d, CAD, BIM, AI integration, project management)

What You’ll Need- White Card / Construction Card
- Current Australian work rights and residence in Australia
- Australian surveying experience
- Qualification in surveying or a related field (e.g. Geospatial, GIS, Spatial Services)
- Overseas qualifications must be validated by an Australian survey institution to diploma or degree level (at candidate’s cost)
- Experience using Leica survey equipment and 12d
- Rail surveying and rail track trolley experience
