Holy Spirit Outside School Hours Care has been a vibrant part of the
Holy Spirit Parish and school community. We provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for up to
135 children from Prep to Year 6 — offering before and after school care, plus exciting vacation care programs.
Our approach blends structured learning with play, creating a space where children don’t just learn — they thrive!
We’re currently seeking
dedicated educators to join our team, especially for
afternoon and vacation care shifts (with some morning shifts also available). There’s plenty of opportunity to grow, with
Leadership roles available for the right person.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator… - Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent)
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
