About the Role

Campbelltown Community Children’s Centre is seeking two passionate, full-time Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our warm, collaborative team.

You’ll work with children aged 2½ to 3½ years, supporting their growth, learning, and wellbeing in a play-based, Reggio Emilia–inspired environment where every child is seen as capable and full of potential.

As our Centre partners with the Flying Start 3-Year-Old Preschool Program, we’re expanding our team to continue offering high-quality, meaningful learning experiences for our children and families.

What we are looking for:

• A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current WWCC, RRHAN-EC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Safe training

• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS

• A warm, professional, and collaborative attitude

• A genuine passion for seeing children grow, learn, and belong
