We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Support and ILS Officer to join our Defence Business Unit in Sydney. This role plays a vital part in supporting the sustainment of capability for the Mini-Typhoon, Typhoon, and Toplite (MTTT) contract.

You’ll be coordinating logistics and inventory activities, managing asset data within Defence ERP systems, and assisting with procurement processes. You’ll also coordinate and deliver ILS activities, including maintaining support records and contributing to reporting requirements. Working closely with contract management, engineering teams, and Commonwealth stakeholders, you’ll help ensure the accuracy and reliability of logistics and ILS data that supports operational success.

As a Supply Support and ILS Officer, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Managing inventory, asset data, and configuration records across Defence ERP systems, IFS Asset Management System, and SAP
• Supporting procurement, spares forecasting, and sustainment planning activities
• Coordinate and deliver ILS activities
• Liaising with Defence and OEM representatives on logistics matters when required
• Assisting with contract administration and transactional finance tasks (purchase orders, receipting)
• Travelling occasionally to support stocktakes, asset validation, or project delivery activities

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent Defence/industry experience

• Hands-on experience with Defence ERP systems, IFS, and SAP
• Strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes in a technical or regulated environment
• Ability to interpret, maintain, and update logistics and sustainment documentation accurately
• Experience working in a Defence, Defence Industry, or supply support environment
• Australian Citizenship with eligibility for AGSVA Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance

• Knowledge of ILS principles and a willingness to develop ILS expertise as part of your role.
