About Us

CPE Group is a family-owned company that has been caring for clients in their own homes for more than 25 years across the Perth Metro area. We provide the highest level of professional care across multiple client groups including Aged Care, Veteran’s Affairs, Disability, and Private Care.

Our core values of understanding, kindness, and respect are founded on the care we would expect for our own family — and we are dedicated to providing this same level of care to every client we support.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and caring individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer, providing frontline support to our clients, their families, and our care team.

Our office is located in the Garden Office Park in Osborne Park — a modern, well-equipped workplace close to public transport with on-site parking, a gym, swimming pool, and café.

About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

In this client-focused role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, families, and support workers — providing assistance over the phone and via email. You’ll handle general enquiries, update client records, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure excellent communication between clients, staff, and management.

The successful candidate will be organised, compassionate, and skilled at handling a busy, people-focused environment.

We Can Offer You
  • A supportive, friendly, and professional work environment

  • Opportunities for growth and development within a respected care organisation

  • Ongoing training and career development

  • Competitive pay rates with weekly pay

  • Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for you and your family

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming client and family phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide administrative support to the Care Team, including data entry, file maintenance, and report preparation

  • Accurately record and update client information in internal systems

  • Communicate effectively with clients, care staff, and management to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Assist with documentation, forms, and correspondence related to client care and support services

  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of enquiries

  • Support internal processes to ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards

Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the health, aged care, or community services sector

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new software systems

  • Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Our Values

Our clients are some of the most vulnerable in our community. We seek individuals who can listen, show empathy, and communicate with kindness and respect, while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.

If you are passionate about helping others and want to be part of a caring, values-driven team making a real difference — we would love to hear from you.
