Lead strategic design on key projects and a team of 15 design engineers. A meaty role, and one of only a handful like it in Melbourne. - Associate – Design
Lead projects, not people. Perfect if you’re technically sharp, love problem-solving and want to stay hands-on. - Senior Civil Design Engineer

Ready to learn? You’ll have support, mentoring and exposure to great projects from day one.
- Degree +/- post grad qualifications
- Greenfield and brownfield land development experience (ideally in Victoria)
- Competence in 12D within a commercial setting
