Your New Team: Working within a supportive team and under the direction of the Service Centre Team Leader, you will enjoy an open, transparent, and honest working relationship with your new Team who are invested in each other’s success. Located at Coopers Plains, this Team provides an essential Service and Maintenance Support to the Company and its customers. Your Position: You will be looking to take ownership of this role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, providing support to the Service/Maintenance and Customer Service Teams, delivering exceptional service to all the company’s internal and external customers. This may involve liaising with other functional areas within the Company to resolve issues relating to the performance of the Service/Maintenance team or respond to customer queries.
