Opportunity to join as a Property Manager
Work within a close knit and vibrant team that hosts staff events and have directors who care about property management and their staff, you will be well-poised to succeed in this opportunity.
We are looking for a Property Manager due to expansion to start working in a fantastic high end office, offering WFH and a collaborative team environment of 25+ staff - this is one of Melbourne's fastest growing and up and coming real estate brands.
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, limited weekends 1 in 10-12 Saturdays or less for a half day. Parking Provided!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~165 properties, all residential
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)
Career progression is available into team leader roles for those who have the skills and attitude!
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $85,000 + Super + Comms + Phone + Parking + Laptop
- Career progression into pod-leader / Senior Property Manager opportunities ($95-110K+Super+Incentives)
- 1-2 Days WFH achievable
- Staff trips, dinners, holidays and incentives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
