Arborists & Ground Crew – Sunshine Coast, QLD: Treesafe Australia
Treesafe Australia is a locally owned and operated arboriculture company delivering professional tree management solutions across the Sunshine Coast. With a strong reputation for safety, quality, and environmental care, we’re expanding our team and seeking motivated Arborists (Qualified or Trainee) and Ground Crew (including plant operators) to join our growing operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, team-based role supporting a wide range of tree related projects. You’ll operate machinery and vehicles, work at various sites around the Sunshine Coast, and help deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key duties include:
Operating equipment (chainsaws, chippers, excavators, tip trucks, and other plant & equipment (flail, grab, buckets etc.))
Assisting with tree pruning, removals, and site clean-ups
Feeding woodchippers and handling machinery safely
Conducting daily maintenance and pre-start checks
Loading, unloading, and transporting machinery and green waste
Working collaboratively within a professional, safety-focused crew
About You
We’re looking for motivated, reliable people who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors as part of a skilled team.
Essential:
Positive can-do attitude
Construction White Card
Physically fit and capable of outdoor work
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Highly Regarded:
HR or MR truck licence (or willingness to obtain)
Excavator and/or plant operator experience
Chainsaw ticket (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or construction
EWP or other machinery tickets
Qualifications in arboriculture and/or horticulture

9-day fortnight roster
