We’re growing fast and are looking for motivated team members to join our workshop and installation crew.
We are seeking enthusiastic and hands-on Factory Hands / Installers to assist with the production and installation of marine fenders. This role offers variety, on-the-job training and the opportunity to work both in our factory and on-site at marine locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing and assembling ProFender marine fenders in our workshop
Assisting with on-site installation of fender systems
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
Loading/unloading equipment and materials
General workshop duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
We’re looking for someone who is:
Practical, reliable and willing to learn
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment
Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
