About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Salesperson to join our Newcastle store. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance. You’ll work closely with the workshop team to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience and peace of mind driving.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
Actively promote and upsell automotive products and services, including tyres, servicing packages, and vehicle maintenance solutions
Manage service bookings and keep customers updated throughout the day
Liaise with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and maintenance
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Process payments and maintain accurate sales, receipts, and stock records
Communicate professionally with suppliers and external partners
Motivate and support team members to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
About You
Previous experience in automotive service or dealership sales roles essential
Mechanical knowledge or light vehicle mechanics qualification (desirable)
Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on recommending solutions that meet customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Current Australian driver’s licence
Available to work Saturdays
