We've been delivering high-quality solar installations since 2016 and are known for exceptional service before, during, and after install. Our reputation is built on accuracy, honesty, and delivering what we promise and this role is a key part of that.

As our Purchasing Officer, you will ensure that every installation across the East Coast has the right materials, at the right time, every time.

You will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating deliveries of:

• Solar panels

• Inverters

• Batteries

• Racking

• Electrical components

• Consumables and equipment

Your work directly supports our Project Managers, Scheduling Team, Installers, and Warehouse teams - making you a central part of our operational success.

• Source and purchase all solar and electrical materials

• Maintain supplier relationships

• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines & contract terms

• Monitor supplier performance (cost, delivery, warranty support)

• Track stock levels across warehouses and regional depots

• Forecast material needs based on upcoming installations

• Coordinate deliveries, stock transfers, and returns

• Manage discrepancies, purchase orders, and incoming deliveries

• Create accurate purchase orders

• Maintain supplier/product records

• Verify invoices and resolve variances

• Keep documentation audit-ready

• Work with Project Managers, Scheduling, Install Teams & Accounting

• Communicate stock delays or shortages early

• Support Engineering & Compliance teams when alternative products are required

You don't need solar experience - we'll train you.
We're looking for someone who brings:

• Strong administration or purchasing experience

• Minimum 3+ years of administration or purchasing experience required

• Excellent organisation and time-management

• Confidence working with suppliers and logistics partners

• Accuracy with data, pricing, and purchase orders

• A proactive attitude and solutions-focused mindset

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Australian work rights required for this position

• Experience in procurement, warehousing, trades, electrical, and solar and battery supply chains.

• Accurate purchase orders and stock entries

• On-time supplier deliveries

• No delays to installation projects

• Clear communication with all departments

• All purchasing documentation up-to-date
