What You'll Be Doing:This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will be integral to the site's success. Your responsibilities include:
- Rapid Diagnostics: Sharpening your Fault Finding & Troubleshooting skills every single day.
- High-Speed Equipment: Getting hands-on with preventative and reactive maintenance on packaging, filling, conveying, and sorting machinery.
- Driving Change: Proactively contributing to Continuous Improvement and reliability initiatives-we want your ideas!
- Tech-Savvy Maintenance: Utilising modern systems to log work and support the move towards predictive maintenance.
- Trade Required: Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Skills Bonus: Connect-Disconnect license highly desirable-we will invest in utilizing your dual-trade potential!
- Foundation: 5+ years experience (including apprenticeship) as a fitter/technician in a manufacturing environment is ideal.
- Mindset: Possesses excellent Computer Skills and a non-negotiable safety-first attitude.
- Hourly Rate: $50 - $55 per hour plus highly competitive Shift Loading.
- Earning Potential: Overtime available + lucrative weekends shutdown work to boost your income.
- Shift: Consistent Day/Afternoon/Night Rotating Shift pattern.
