This is a dual, hands-on role suited to an experienced all-rounder who enjoys technical maintenance work while leading and supporting a production team. You will ensure machinery operates smoothly, minimise downtime, and contribute to the efficiency and safety of daily production.
A minimum of 1-2 years of maintenance experience is required for this position.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and production team to maintain high standards of quality, output, and operational performance.
This role operates on day shifts only.
Food manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not essential.
Mechanical knowledge is required to maintain machinery effectively.
Forklift licence and related experience is essential
