About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Australian College for International Students' as a Trainer in (Painting and Decorating) in Maidstone, Victoria. This is a contract role, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the education and training sector.
What you'll be doing
Delivering high-quality training and assessment to international students in the education and training industry
Developing and updating course content to ensure it meets the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements
Providing personalised support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey
Collaborating with the wider training team to share best practices and continuously improve the learning experience
Maintaining detailed records and documentation in line with the college's policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in Education and Training,TAE
CertIII in painting and Decorating or Heigher
Recommended some experience in delivering training and assessment, preferably in the international student sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the growth and development of international students
