🚜 Bobcat / Excavator Operator – Tyre Recycling Plant (Western Sydney)
Full-time Hours | Ongoing work | Day shift | Competitive hourly rate
CK Recruitment are seeking an experienced Bobcat and Excavator Operator to join our client’s busy Tyre Recycling Facility based in Western Sydney. This role offers ongoing, stable work in a growing industry focused on sustainability and environmental impact.
About the Role:You’ll be responsible for safely operating mobile plant equipment to move, load, and process tyres and recycled materials throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work in an industrial environment.
Duties Include:Operating Bobcats and Excavators to load/unload tyres and materials
Feeding processing equipment and conveyors
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Assisting with general yard and plant duties as required
Conducting basic daily checks on machinery
Current Bobcat and Excavator tickets (essential)
Experience in a recycling, waste, or industrial environment (highly regarded)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Reliable, punctual, and willing to assist with general labouring when required
Ongoing role with consistent hours
