About you:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification (current and unrestricted)
- 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar) in a large aged care environment
- Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Strong leadership and experience in staff supervision and development
- Knowledge of funding, accreditation and care planning processes
- Empathy and communication skills that truly make a difference
- Great time management and problem-solving ability
- Confidence using clinical systems and digital tools
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required for NDIS-funded homes)
