Are you looking for a dynamic workplace where you can showcase your skills over a range of multiple culinary styles? The Fancy Hank's Group is seeking Chefs -CDP /Commis chef to lead the charge in delivering exceptional food across our three venues. Our kitchen has just gone through major renovations to create a kitchen the top chefs dream of!
Our venues include Fancy Hank's, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. Join our team as we take on the new and exciting challenge of cooking for three venues; barbecue, elegant canapes and modern pub classics.
The person we're looking for has
Passion for both cooking and learning
Minimum 3 years experience for CDP ,Minimum 1year experience for Commis chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working with medium to large teams
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Candidates may apply for either CDP or Commis positions
Preference for American BBQ or wood-fired cooking experience.
A great work ethic
