The Company:
Lime dental is a well established and growing practice that is committed to patient service and support. We have an experienced team of clinicians and a wonderful long-standing team of support staff.
The Role:
We are looking for a full time/casual Dental Assistant to join our expanding team, where you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside assistance in a variety of dental procedures, as well as engage in sterilizing procedures and cleaning. This role is a busy, fast-paced role, that will provide the opportunity for you to learn and expand on your current dental knowledge and skills. Experience preferred but will consider trainees.
Responsibilities:
Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our operators
Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
Instrument reprocessing and sterilization procedures
Fostering professional working relationships with team members and patients
Maintaining compliance with ADA guidelines
Some administration support may be required
The successful candidate:
Have previous experience in chairside dental assisting preferred (all applicants will be considered)
Be reliable
Have a positive and open minded attitude, with a can-do attitude
Possess excellent communication skills
Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
