The Position

Your responsibilities in the role of Senior Property Manager include:

• Managing a well-maintained medium property portfolio based in the Innerwest
• Dedicated Leasing Consultant for your portfolio
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management
• Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
• A reliable car and a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of/experience working in the InnerWest marketplace is ideal
