Ready to step up your career game and join a Gold Coast icon that's about to get a major glow-up? Benowa Tavern is searching for a vibrant and energetic Assistant Manager to help steer the ship as we head into an exciting new era!

We're not just a pub; we're the heart of the community. A local legend where tradies unwind, families gather, and sports fans cheer. And guess what? We're about to be completely renovated soon, so you'll be joining right as we prepare to show off a brand-new, amazing venue!

Forget the old guard we value attitude and initiative.You would be willing to pitch in across our departments. If you don't know it all, no sweat,we're happy to train you!

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

About you:

• You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
• You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
