About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our print production team. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily workflows, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. You will play a vital role in shaping the culture of our production floor—mentoring staff, improving processes, and driving excellence in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the print production team, including scheduling, workflow management, and progress tracking.
Oversee the full production lifecycle, from project setup to final dispatch, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.
Perform hands-on tasks as required, including operating equipment.
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to meet our high standards.
Mentor, support, and train team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
Maintain and manage production equipment, arranging repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in print production or a related manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage workflows and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgement under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
