👔 The Role:

• Position: Pharmacist Manager

• Location: Carrum Downs, 3201

• Working Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week

• Roster: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm OR Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5pm

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Pharmacy Leadership

• Dispense medications accurately and in line with legal and ethical requirements

• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to improve customer health outcomes

• Ensure compliance with all Pharmacy Board, QCPP, and PBS regulations

• Supervise dispensary staff and promote a safe and effective workflow

• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standard of pharmaceutical care

Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of dispensary team (including Pharmacists, Interns and Dispensary Technicians)

• Lead, train, and develop a motivated, customer-focused retail team

• Manage stock integrity, merchandising, and promotional activities

• Ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences through real, classic care

• Collaborate on rostering, compliance, and community engagement initiatives with Retail Manager

• Drive financial results through strategic planning and data-driven decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Current general AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia - No conditions

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a community pharmacy

• Must be able to administer vaccinations

• Experience in dispensing cannabis is highly regarded

• Strong understanding of QCPP, PBS and retail pharmacy best practices

• Business acumen and confidence managing store operations

• Excellent communication and people-management skills

• Passion for improving health outcomes and customer experiences

• Retail pharmacy experience in a leadership or management capacity is highly desirable
