Our clients are a successful company that offer services such as building and construction, Mining maintenance, Cleaning, Civil and rail maintenance to many clients mainly in the north - west of W.A with the head office located in the northern suburbs of Perth.
Due to the expansion of the finance team the CFO would now like to add to their already successful finance team with the addition of an experienced accounts Officer (accounts payable) (Full or part time).
The vacancy:
End to end accounts payable
Process 500+ monthly invoices and manage end-to-end accounts payable
Data entry and answering telephone calls within the finance team
Client contact
Uploading documents
Some general admin duties
Full or part time hours
To apply:
Have good experience within accounts payable in Australia
Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
Confident with Microsoft products
Be able to work within a busy team
Free to work Full time hours
Experienced with MYOB software (Not essential as training provided)
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
