About Active Living Healthcare
Active Living Healthcare is a trusted community based provider of multilingual and mobile allied health services across Sydney. We specialise in delivering high quality, holistic, and evidence based care to clients on Support at Home (SaH) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are currently looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in a permanent full time or part-time capacity.

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will provide therapeutic interventions to support clients' needs and improve their quality of life.
Your responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence based treatments
Demonstrating professional judgment in clinical decision making
Providing therapy services within appropriate timeframes
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Assisting clients with assistive technology
Working with older adults to enhance their mobility, independence, and life quality
Responding to client feedback and continuously improving service delivery
About You

Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this position.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (essential)
Relevant degree or qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology
Current AHPRA registration
Valid NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Valid NDIS worker screening check
National Police Check
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Experience with HCP and NDIS, and paediatric therapy (desirable but not essential)
Influenza and COVID-19 triple-dose vaccination (required)
