We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong safety focus and a proven track record in on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities:

As a key player in our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of site activities and management:

• Maintaining a strong safety focus is paramount. You'll ensure all site activities adhere to the highest safety standards.
• Management of several direct reports, mentoring and guiding them to achieve project goals.
• Direct experience delivering infrastructure projects across diverse fields, including:
  • Earthworks
  • Structures
  • Services & Utilities
  • Tunnelling & Shafts
  • Trenchless Technology
  • Road & Rail
• Leading and executing site activities, including:
• Daily Planning & Logistics
• Material Supply & Resource Allocation
• A solid understanding of procurement, supply, and subcontract agreements is essential for cost-effective execution.
• Providing planning support, including preparation of construction procedures, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 - 10 years of post-graduate experience in heavy civil construction.
• Direct Tunnel / heavy civil experience is a major advantage, complemented by strong Earthworks / concrete site experience.
• Prior Tier 1 / 2 experience is preferred but not essential-we value your hands-on delivery expertise above all.
• An Engineering degree is preferred.
