As Senior Contract Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value contracts, including long-term agreements and other major commercial arrangements for large-scale energy projects.
- Oversee contract performance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough compliance and integrity checks to ensure contractual commitments are sound.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, counterparties, and regulators.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Significant experience in contract management, ideally within energy, critical infrastructure, or another highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial agreements and deliver strong outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- A proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong interest in the energy transition.
- Qualifications in business, finance, law, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is advantageous.
